All Products are Packaged and Shipped to the best of our ability and standards.  Once the product leaves the Shop it is no longer our responsibility as to how it is freighted from us to you.  Therefore, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, storage conditions, delivery status or condition of fudge when it arrives at its destination.
